DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Dreamtide LLC (“Dreamtide”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the Dreamtide platform (the “Platform”) to do the same. In accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

1. Reporting Alleged Infringement

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (Section 4) that includes:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., a URL or project ID);
  • your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes: your signature; identification of the material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice. We may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

3. Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for any user at our discretion, with or without notice.

4. Designated Copyright Agent

Notices of alleged copyright infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent:

Email: [email protected]

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
