This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and is not allowed on the Dreamtide platform (the “Platform”), operated by Dreamtide LLC. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Dreamtide is an AI-powered platform for creating commercial advertising content, and this policy exists to keep that use lawful, ethical, and safe.

1. Permitted Use

You may use Dreamtide to create commercial advertising content — product commercials, brand ads, social-media marketing, promotional videos, audio ads and jingles, and creative campaigns — for personal, commercial, or client use, anywhere in the world, provided you comply with this AUP, our Terms, and all applicable laws.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Platform to create, upload, or distribute content that:

is illegal, or promotes illegal activities, goods, or substances;
depicts deepfakes or impersonations of real, identifiable people without their consent;
is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way;
promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate speech, or discrimination;
targets, exploits, or endangers minors;
infringes intellectual-property rights or misappropriates a person’s name, voice, or likeness;
is fraudulent, deceptive, or constitutes false or misleading advertising;
spreads political misinformation or is intended to interfere with elections;
contains malware, or is intended to harass, defame, or harm others.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform; resell or sublicense access without our permission; bypass usage limits, security, or rate limits; use bots or automated means to abuse the service; attempt to access other users’ accounts or data; or use the Platform to build a competing product or to train competing AI models.

4. Brand, Trademark & Advertising Responsibility

Because Dreamtide is an advertising platform, you are solely responsible for the brands, trademarks, logos, products, and claims in the content you create. You represent that you own or are authorized to advertise the brands and products you depict, that your advertising is truthful and substantiated, and that it complies with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property laws and with the policies of any platform where you run it. Dreamtide does not pre-screen or endorse your brands or campaigns and assumes no responsibility for them.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Content created on the Platform is generated by artificial intelligence. In jurisdictions or on platforms where labeling AI-generated content is required, you are responsible for disclosing that your content is AI-generated when you publish or distribute it.

6. Character & Likeness Rights

When uploading reference photos for character or brand creation, you must have the right and any necessary consent to use those images. Do not upload photos of real, identifiable people without their permission. AI-generated characters that closely resemble real, identifiable individuals may violate publicity and personality rights, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use them.

7. Reporting & Enforcement

If you believe content on the Platform violates this policy, report it to [email protected]. For copyright complaints, follow our DMCA Policy. We may review, remove, or restrict access to content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
