This policy outlines what is and is not permitted when using Dreamtide. Our goal is to ensure the Platform is used responsibly and ethically for legitimate commercial content creation.
Dreamtide is designed for creating commercial advertising content including product commercials, brand advertisements, social media marketing content, promotional videos, and creative campaigns. Users may generate content for personal, commercial, or client use.
You may not use Dreamtide to create: deepfakes or misleading impersonations of real people without consent, sexually explicit or pornographic content, content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech, content targeting or exploiting minors, content that infringes on intellectual property rights, fraudulent or deceptive advertising, content promoting illegal activities or substances, or political misinformation or election interference content.
Users should comply with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content disclosure. In jurisdictions where disclosure is required, users are responsible for labeling their content as AI-generated when publishing or distributing it.
When uploading reference photos for character creation, you must have the right or consent to use those images. Do not upload photos of individuals without their permission. AI-generated characters that closely resemble real, identifiable individuals may violate personality rights.
Dreamtide reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates this policy. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. If you believe content on the Platform violates this policy, please report it to [email protected]
