This Refund Policy explains how refunds work on the Dreamtide platform (the “Platform”), operated by Dreamtide LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Because Dreamtide generates content using paid third-party AI services, the cost of which is incurred the moment a generation runs, our refund approach reflects that reality.
The Platform runs on a credit system called Dream Coins. Coins are consumed when you generate content (scripts, images, video clips, voiceovers, music, upscales, and similar). Once coins are consumed for a successful generation, they are non-refundable, because the underlying AI processing cost is incurred immediately. Dream Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side or a provider error (for example, a model times out, is unavailable, or rejects the request for a non-policy reason), the coins consumed for that generation are automatically returned to your balance, usually within seconds. No action is needed. If an automatic refund does not appear, contact [email protected] with your project ID and we will investigate. Generations that fail because they violate our Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime from the Settings page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not generally provide refunds for amounts already paid or for partial billing periods, including annual plans. Annual plans are billed once upfront, with Dream Coins delivered monthly, and access continues until the end of the paid term.
One-time Dream Coin packs are non-refundable once purchased. Packs require an active subscription, expire 90 days after purchase, and are consumed after your plan’s monthly coins.
We may grant refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis — for example, in cases of duplicate charges or clear billing errors. In addition, nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the laws of your country. EU/UK consumers: you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days; however, by starting to use a digital service or generating content immediately, you may expressly acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right for content already delivered or coins already consumed.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected] — we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
