Refund Policy

1. Token-Based Billing

Dreamtide operates on a token-based system. Tokens are consumed when generating content (scripts, images, videos, voiceovers, music). Once tokens are consumed for a generation, they cannot be refunded as the underlying AI processing costs are incurred immediately.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of your included tokens. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end (not due to content policy violations), the tokens consumed will be automatically refunded to your account. If automatic refund does not occur, please contact support with the project ID and we will investigate.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
